Our SmartSi specialist monitoring is designed to detect potential problems before you’ve even noticed them. This means, in most cases we can resolve issues remotely and prevent any disruption to your enjoyment.
When you consider most issues are minor and easily fixed, the ideal solution is to quickly and efficiently diagnose and fix the problem remotely; this is the fastest means of restoring full operation, causing the minimum cost and disruption. Our monitoring and support service will provide the fastest resolution with attendance as a last resort.
Support, when you need it
Inevitably any technology can sometimes go wrong. Annoyingly, faults have the habit of occurring at the most inconvenient of times. With this in mind, our telephone support service is available seven days a week from 8am to 8pm. During this time, we’ll be on hand to help resolve any problem you may have. And, if it’s an emergency, we’ll do our best to help you outside of these hours.
With every project we give you online access to your drawings, manuals and any programs and configuration files. We will create and share a Dropbox folder with you that contains all of this information so you can access it easily from anywhere, should the need arise.

If something goes wrong, the time it takes to resolve it depends on several factors. Firstly, we need to identify if the product is actually faulty. If so, we’ll remove it, and repair or replace it. This can sometimes take a few days, depending on the fault and availability of expertise, components or replacements.
For operationally critical devices such as controllers, processors or AV receivers, we know a fault can be disruptive and frustrating. Our premium support package includes having replacements on hand at all times for critical components, and if a call-out is needed, your SmartSi technician will bring everything they need to get you back to enjoying your smart home in full.
