This 10,000 sq.ft architectural master-piece, located in the beautiful Surrey Hills, is set over four floors and engenders an enviable lifestyle experience. Our brief was to simplify what is a large and complex property, coordinating environmental, security and entertainment system; the latter to include music and TV throughout, a bespoke home cinema, a golf simulator, and a karaoke system.

The property benefits from a powerful Control4 smart home system to unify the user experience. lighting, heating, entertainment, CCTV, video entry and security are all managed from simple, engraved keypads, touch panels, remote controls and, of course, the homeowners’ smart phones. With over 150 lighting circuits Lutron HomeWorks was the obvious solution to manage light, and control blinds to all south facing windows. Multi-room entertainment leverages Sonos for management of music & audio, with a video system ensuring Sky Q is delivered to every TV in ultra-high definition. The home cinema we are particularly proud off, sound is delivered by thirteen high-performance speakers, video by a 4K front projection system, fabric walls hide speakers and acoustic treatment, and eleven, super-comfortable electric seats complete a room to truly lose yourself in!
