Building a new home is a complex undertaking involving many specialists, the SmartSi team are on hand to ease the process by providing a customer-centric service, working with you and your team to ensure a smooth delivery whatever your brief.
It’s important to get us involved as early as possible, ensuring that the design is complete well in advance of the build process so techincal documentation can be prepared and the installation coordinated with everyone involved.
Refurbishment & Retro-fit
Whether you’re taking your home back to the floorboards for a full refurbishment, or you’d simply like to add or upgrade smart control or entertainment to specific areas of your home, our team are on hand to help. You’d be amazed at what can be achieved with minimal wiring or builders works, our creative team are always up for the challenge!
Single room upgrade or full re-fit, regardless of the scope of your project we’ll listen to your requirements and advise on various solutions, ensuring that your brief and budget are met to your satisfaction. As with any project SmartSi are engaged with, we will generate technical documentation to ensure the build is perfect. Works are scheduled with plenty of notice and we’ll keep you advised throughout the process.
